因而,中等职业院校酒店管理专业,在开展日常教学活动的过程中,不仅要注重将理论知识传授给学生,而且要注重对学生实践动手能力以及职业素养的培养。而在此过程中,借助角色扮演法能够充分发挥独特的优势,促进中职酒店管理专业教育教学效果的不断提升。文章从中职酒店管理教学现状着手,重点分析了角色扮演法在中职酒店管理教学中的应用问题,力求通过笔者努力,找到促进中职酒店管理专门教学质量不断提升的可靠途径,以此为相关人士提供部分可借鉴的理论依据。
Therefore, the hotel management specialty of secondary vocational schools, in carrying out the daily teaching activities in the process, not only to pay attention to the theoretical knowledge to the students, but also pay attention to the practical ability and professionalism of students. In this process, with the help of role-playing method, it can give full play to the unique advantages and promote the continuous improvement of the education and teaching effect of hotel management specialty in secondary vocational school. The article starts from the status quo of hotel management teaching in secondary vocational schools and focuses on the application of role-playing method in secondary vocational hotel management teaching. Through the author’s efforts, I try to find a reliable way to promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality of hotel management in vocational schools. Related parties provide part of the theoretical basis for reference.
