采用热压工艺制备了超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)/纳米氧化锆(ZrO2)髋臼复合材料,利用UMT试验机测试复合材料的硬度和剪切冲压性能,利用人工髋关节模拟磨损试验机考察了复合材料在小牛关节液润滑条件下的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明,填充ZrO2提高UHMWPE复合材料的表面硬度、断裂载荷和断裂功,降低其磨损率.ZrO2/UHMWPE复合材料的磨粒尺寸随着ZrO2含量的增加而升高.UHMWPE复合材料耐磨性能与其大变形行为相关,复合材料的磨损率与大变形行为参数断裂载荷和断裂功呈反比线性关系.
The ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) / zirconia (ZrO2) acetabular composite materials were prepared by hot pressing process. The hardness and shear stamping properties of the composites were measured by UMT tester. The artificial hip joint simulation wear tester was used to investigate The friction and wear properties of the composites under the condition of calf joint fluid lubrication were studied.The results showed that the ZrO 2 filled UHMWPE composites increased the surface hardness, fracture load and fracture work and decreased the wear rate.The ZrO 2 / The ZrO2 content increases with the increase.UHMWPE composite wear resistance and its large deformation behavior, the wear rate of composite materials and large deformation behavior of the fracture load and the work is inversely proportional to the linear relationship.
