在追求教育的公平和谐发展的今天,教师流动问题越来越成为社会所关注的焦点,因为当前的教师流动越来越背离公平的价值取向。当我们一部分人在享受教师流动带来的好处时,另一部分人在为此而付出沉痛的代价,尤其是那些本来就处于相对弱势的中西部农村的人们。教师需要流动,但我们希望通过教师的流动能更好地促进教育发展。我们无意对“东南飞”的教师们指责什么,只是把目光更多地放在教师流动的背后,希望能用政治、经济、伦理、文化和比较的视野对当前教师流动予以更全面的解读,分析其中的复杂原因,以探求有助于该问题合理解决的途径。这就是我们本期所特别关注的和殷切期待的。
In the quest for fair and harmonious education, the issue of teacher mobility has increasingly become the focus of society because the current flow of teachers is increasingly deviating from the fair value orientation. While some of us are enjoying the benefits of teacher mobility, others are paying a dear price, especially those who are already in the relatively disadvantaged rural areas of central and western China. Teachers need mobility, but we hope that the flow of teachers can better promote education. We do not intend to accuse the teachers of “southeast flying” what they are. Instead, we focus more on the backs of teachers’ mobility and hope to have a more complete interpretation of the current flow of teachers from a political, economic, ethical, cultural and comparative perspective. Analysis of the complex causes, in order to explore ways to contribute to a reasonable solution to the problem. This is what we are paying special attention and expectation for this issue.
