山东菏泽仪表厂从1985年年初开始,对各车间材料核算人员和统计员试行按本人工作质量评分计奖的办法,收到较好的效果。他们的具体做法是: 首先制定出评分计奖办法,然后由财务科和生产科组成评分计奖领导小组(由一名副厂长负责协调),每月月初,对核算员和统计员上一月的工作情况,按照考核标准和项目进行逐一评比。材料核算人员考核本车间原材料的节约浪费,半成品及零部件的盘盈盘亏,报表数字的准确性和及时性。统计员考核各种统计报表的真实性和及时性,及本车间办公费用是否合理使用和节超等。如节约原材料100元,给核算员加2分;每浪费100元,扣核算员5分;报表数字出现一处差错扣1分,报送时间每推迟一天扣2分,对工作成绩突出者奖10分等。例如某车间核算员本月得110分,就拿本月车间平均综合奖的110%,得95分,则得综合奖的95%。试行以来,充分调动了车间核算员和统计员的
