感觉障碍是缺铁性贫血(IDA)的症状之一,但无周围神经病变(PN)的客观临床体征。测定神经传导速率(NCV)对估计神经功能提供有效的方法。本文为IDA患者进行NCV测定以探讨其对神经功能的影响。材料和方法:25例IDA患者运铁蛋白饱和度(TS)<16%,男11例,女14例,年龄为19-40岁(平均26.2岁)。NCV采用MS6Mede/ec肌电图调幅器,病人平卧位,肢体置舒适位置,避免人为移动的影响,全部记录都在室温27℃空调房里进行。运动神经的N-
Sensory disturbances are one of the symptoms of iron deficiency anemia (IDA), but have no objective clinical signs of peripheral neuropathy (PN). Measuring nerve conduction velocity (NCV) provides an effective method of assessing neurological function. In this paper, NCV determination of IDA patients to explore its impact on neurological function.
