(上接第232期)(二)内蒙地区航空客运市场目前的营销渠道存在的问题从经营的视角来分析,航空运输企业要达到收益的前提是把运输产品转让给旅客并顺利实现购买,因此,如何搞好机票销售,用最低的成本达到收益最大化已成为内蒙地区构建销售渠道的核心。航空运输企业目前的营销渠道是直销与分销混合的渠道模式,航空公司除了在呼和浩特及部分周边地区机场有直销处以外,更多的依靠当地的销售代理企业销售机票。从目前的统计数据看,代理企业已掌控了近七成的市场份额。
