The origins of the world in Laozi’s Tao Te Ching say that it is well known that the world God described in Bible Genesis is a household name. As the origin of the thought of creation, these two texts undoubtedly contain the original prototypes of two cultural modes of thinking of China and the West. From these two we find roughly the same model of creation. At the same time, however, we also noticed that in the process of creation, the West was “retelling” and China “silent.” To this difference, this text sticks to the “moral classics” and “the bible” text, mainly analyzed and discussed from the perspective of literature and philosophy.
