随着我国经济的不断发展,越来越多的公司注重政工管理方面的发展,采取了各种有效措施,充分地提高员工素质,而且不断地提升公司竞争力,进而促进公司的持续稳定发展。对于石油公司也不例外,在政工管理方面也采取了很多的方法和手段,但是在社会的快速发展过程中,政工管理方面出现了很多的问题,这些问题严重的影响了我国国民经济命脉,阻碍了石油公司的发展脚步。本文对石油公司实施政工管理的必要性进行了总结,对政工管理过程中存在的问题做出了分析,最后对所出现的问题提出了解决对策。
