甜菜未授粉胚珠接种在附加不同生长素(IAA、2,4—D)、细胞分裂素(KT、6BA)或激素组合(6BA+NAA和IAA+KT)的MS、PGOB、1/2MS等培养基上,可成功诱导出胚状体,分化诱导形成单倍体植株,对其用0.1%~03%秋水仙碱溶液处理使染色体加倍,获得了高度纯合的二倍体株系。试验选配了110种诱导培养基、两种分化和3种生根培养基,选择了143种不同基因型材料.不同基因型材料在不同培养基上的诱导率各不相同.
