“辅导员要多读书”这个观点已越来越为大家所认同。一些学校提出具体要求,并安排了固定的读书时间,要求辅导员阅读相应的专业报刊与论著。辅导员的发展确实离不开读书,至于读什么书,大家一致认为应该是专业书籍。作为辅导员,做好少先队工作是本职,因此,重视阅读少先队类的报刊、理论书籍,无可厚非。但是光有这些“此岸”的阅读是远远不够的。 “Counselors to read more ” This view has become more and more recognized by everyone.
