为了提高早期故障检测的准确性和有效性,提出了运用互相关去噪和构建混沌振子阵列,通过阵列扫描实现早期微弱故障的多个特征频率信号检测的方法.该方法将经过互相关去噪后的信号送入到混沌振子检测阵列中,让其作为混沌检测系统周期策动力的一部分,通过混沌检测系统相轨迹变化检测出表征同一微弱故障的多个频率信号.飞机转子系统早期碰擦故障检测为例验证了该方法的可行性.
In order to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of early fault detection, a method of detecting multiple eigenfrequency signals by using the cross-correlation de-noising and constructing chaotic oscillator arrays to realize early faint faults through array scanning is proposed. The signal is sent to the chaotic oscillator detection array as a part of the periodic driving force of the chaos detection system to detect multiple frequency signals that characterize the same weak fault through phase trajectory changes of the chaotic detection system. The test shows the feasibility of this method.
