利用 XRD,OM,SEM,TEM等微观结构分析手段 ,对无压浸渗制备的 Si CP/ Al复合材料的微观结构进行了研究。结果表明 ,Si CP/ Al复合材料中存在 Si C,Al,Mg Al2 O4,Si和 Mg2 Si诸相。在组织中没有粗大的铝硅共晶体针条 ,铝基体被众多 Si C颗粒分割 ,成为细小的连续的空间网络。在铝基体中分布着 Si相及 Mg2 Si相。透射电子显微镜高分辨像表明 ,在 Si C与铝合金的界面上存在镁铝尖晶石 (Mg Al2 O4)相 ,没有出现 Al4C3相。
The microstructures of Si CP / Al composites prepared by pressureless impregnation were studied by XRD, OM, SEM and TEM. The results show that there are Si C, Al, Mg Al 2 O 4, Si and Mg 2 Si phases in Si CP / Al composites. In the organization there is no coarse Al-Si eutectic needle, aluminum matrix is divided by many Si C particles, a small continuous network of space. The Si phase and the Mg2Si phase are distributed in the aluminum matrix. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy showed that there was no MgAl 2 O 4 phase at the interface between Si C and Al alloy, and no Al 4 C 3 phase appeared.
