对振捣过的已成型混凝土拌和物,在水泥接近终凝时给以再次振捣叫作混凝土的二次振捣。混凝土的二次振捣在我国一些水泥制品厂已经应用多年,大量生产实践证明,二次振捣的确能增加混凝土的强度,或保持强度不变时可节约水泥用量15%左右,并且还能改善混凝土的其它性能(如抗渗性、抗冻性等)。这项新工艺的实施,给一些水泥制品厂家带来了明显的经济效益。为了使这项新工艺能得到进一步的推广与应用,使更多的人了解这项新工艺,本文着重对混凝土二次振捣增加混凝土强度的原因作一简要分析。
For the vibrated formed concrete mix, a second vibrating quake called concrete is given when the cement is nearly set. The secondary vibrating of concrete has been used for many years in some cement products factories in China. The mass production practice has proved that the second vibrator can indeed increase the strength of the concrete, or the cement dosage can be saved by about 15% when the strength is kept constant, and can also be improved. Other properties of concrete (such as impermeability, frost resistance, etc.). The implementation of this new process has brought obvious economic benefits to some cement product manufacturers. In order to make this new process more popularized and applied so that more people can understand this new process, this paper focuses on the analysis of the reasons why concrete vibrates twice to increase concrete strength.
