去年吸收外资居全国之首 首都北京对外开放的动向,对外界来说无疑有着“晴雨表”的意义。在过去的一年里,北京的对外开放虽然不无波折,但外商投资却呈现出上升趋势。 来自北京市政府有关部门的统计表阴,全市去年引进外资协议金额比吸收外资最多的1985年增加了9％。批准签约成交的合资企业有56个,合作企业7个,灵活贸易36项,吸收政府贷款两项。至此,北京市共批准举办合资企业165个,合作企业23个,独资企业一个;协议金额21.6亿美元,直接吸收外资近10亿美元,数额居全国各大城市之首。
Last year, the absorption of foreign capital ranks first in the country. The trend of Beijing’s opening to the outside world is undoubtedly of great significance to the outside world. Statistics from relevant departments of the Beijing Municipal Government show that the city’s foreign investment agreement last year increased by 9% over the 1985 period when foreign investment was the largest. There are 56 joint ventures approved for contracted transactions, 7 cooperative enterprises, 36 flexible trades, and two government loans. At this point, Beijing has approved the establishment of 165 joint ventures, 23 cooperative enterprises, and one sole proprietorship enterprise; the agreement has reached US$ 2.16 billion and direct foreign investment has been absorbed by nearly 1 billion US dollars, ranking the first in major cities in the country.
