改革开放以来,人们的环保意识不断增强,林业资源因其巨大的经济和生态价值,越来越得到人们的重视。近年来,虽然我国林业法制建设取得了很大进步,但在林业行政执法中仍然存在许多问题。本文介绍了我国林业行政执法的概况并分析了当前存在的问题,以期对我国林业行政执法的完善有所助力。 Since the reform and opening up, people’s awareness of environmental protection has been continuously enhanced, and forestry resources have drawn more and more attention due to their huge economic and ecological value. In recent years, although great progress has been made in building the legal system of forestry in our country, many problems still remain in the administrative law enforcement of forestry. This paper introduces the general situation of China’s forestry administrative law enforcement and analyzes the current problems so as to provide some help to the improvement of China’s forestry administrative law enforcement.
