研究了掺加不同矿物组成膨胀剂的水泥浆体在不同湿度环境下的变形性能,含有部分f-CaO的HCSA在RH≥60%的环境下还有较好的补偿收缩效果;由硫铝酸钙或铝酸钙水泥熟料配制的膨胀剂在RH≥80%时有效果;而由生明矾石和自然煤矸石配制的膨胀剂只在RH≥90%时有效果,但在RH=60%时其收缩比不掺的还大。RH<100%时,在掺膨胀剂的水泥浆体中膨胀与干燥收缩同步进行,二者的速度差决定了最终的膨胀和干燥收缩的大小。钙矾石类膨胀剂的膨胀速度取决于含Al2O3矿物和硬石膏的溶解速度。
The deformation performance of cement slurry mixed with different mineral expansive agents under different humidity environments was studied. HCSA containing some f-CaO had a better compensation shrinkage effect under the condition of RH≥60% Expansion agents formulated with calcium or calcium aluminate cement clinker have an effect at RH ≥ 80%; whereas expansive agents formulated from raw alunite and natural gangue are effective only at RH ≥ 90%, but at RH = 60% Its shrinkage is larger than non-doped. RH <100%, the expansion agent in the cement slurry expansion and drying shrinkage simultaneously, the speed difference between the two determines the size of the final expansion and drying shrinkage. The rate of expansion of ettringite-type expanders depends on the rate of dissolution of the Al2O3-containing minerals and anhydrite.
