本文主要叙述凸轮靠模的计算方法。基本途径是以凸轮型面参数方程、机床结构参数、砂轮直径等为计算的原始数据,在分析磨削过程中几何关系变化规律的基础上,推导出导轮中心的极坐标方程。然后运用包络法求得靠模的型面参数方程,并将其坐标值转换为平底挺杆测量值。将测量值插值处理后便可进行靠模加工。在长春汽车研究所电子计算机室及我厂计算站的协同下,我们按本文文末综合的计算表格(表1、表2),对解放牌C—10B型汽车发动机配气凸轮的靠模进行了计算和试制,由我厂发动机分厂用此靠模加工出的产品(凸轮),其精度已满足要求。由于本文重点在于计算方法,所以有关凸轮磨削原理及磨削过程,在此不作详述。
This article mainly describes the calculation method of cam cam. The basic approach is based on the cam profile parameter equation, the machine tool structural parameters, the diameter of the grinding wheel for the calculation of the original data, based on the analysis of the variation of the geometric relationship during grinding based on the derivation of polar coordinates of the guide wheel center. Then, using the envelope method, the profile equation equation of the model is obtained, and the coordinate value is converted into the flat bottom tappet measurement value. After the measured value interpolation processing can be carried out by the mold. In collaboration with the computer room of Changchun Automobile Research Institute and the calculation station of our factory, we carried out the calculation of the master model of Jiefangpai C-10B automobile engine cam with the calculation table (Table 1 and Table 2) Calculated and trial-produced by the plant I plant with this model processed products (cam), the accuracy has to meet the requirements. As this article focuses on the calculation method, so the cam grinding principle and grinding process, not described in detail here.
