当前我国旅游行业在正在不断的发展进步,传统文化对旅游行业起到的推动作用也越来越明显。在旅游企业进行管理的过程中,应当将中国传统文化与现代旅游企业管理结合起来,根据旅游企业特色构建一套附有中国传统文化特色的旅游管理理论,在推动旅游行业经济发展的同时,对旅游景点进行规划,在行业发展的同时促进了中国传统文化的传播。
At present, China’s tourism industry is constantly developing and improving, and the promotion effect of traditional culture on the tourism industry becomes more and more obvious. In the course of the management of tourism enterprises, the combination of Chinese traditional culture and the management of modern tourism enterprises should be combined. Based on the characteristics of tourism enterprises, a set of tourism management theories with Chinese traditional cultural characteristics should be constructed. While promoting the economic development of the tourism industry, Tourist attractions planning, development of the industry at the same time promote the spread of Chinese traditional culture.
