本文提出了一种测定强酸性阳离子交换树脂交换容量的顶空气相色谱法。其原理是在一个密闭的瓶子中将树脂中的氢离子与一定量的碳酸氢钠溶液反应产生二氧化碳气体,然后通过检测产生的二氧化碳信号值,进而计算出强酸性阳离子交换树脂的交换容量。结果表明:上述反应在平衡温度为60℃,平衡时间为20min时可以完成。方法的检测精度为1.10%,与传统方法相比的最大相对偏差为8.56%,因此完全可以用于对强酸性阳离子交换树脂交换容量的检测。本方法不仅具有简单、快速、灵敏度高等优点,还可以利用顶空气相色谱自动化的特点,实现样品的批量化检测。
This paper presents a headspace gas chromatographic method for the determination of the exchange capacity of strongly acidic cation exchange resins. The principle is in a closed bottle of hydrogen ions in the resin reaction with a certain amount of sodium bicarbonate solution to produce carbon dioxide gas, and then by detecting the value of the generated carbon dioxide signal, and then calculate the exchange capacity of strong acid cation exchange resin. The results show that the above reaction can be completed when the equilibrium temperature is 60 ℃ and the equilibrium time is 20min. The detection accuracy of the method is 1.10%, the maximum relative deviation from the traditional method is 8.56%, so it can be used to detect the exchange capacity of strongly acidic cation exchange resin. This method not only has the advantages of simple, fast, high sensitivity, but also can take advantage of the characteristics of the headspace gas chromatography to achieve batch testing of samples.
