为切实加强城市地下管线建设与管理,济南市开展了地下管线基础信息普查工作,供热管线是这次普查的组成部分,普查数据的有效管理和使用成为急需解决的问题。基于插件技术,设计了B/S和C/S混合模式的供热管线地理信息系统,实现了数据库中管线数据的浏览、查询、统计、分析、编辑和更新等功能,对供热管线数据进行了有效管理,为供热管线和设施的日常管理、规划建设和事故应急提供了技术支持。
In order to conscientiously strengthen the construction and management of urban underground pipelines, Jinan carried out the census of basic information of underground pipelines. The heating pipelines are an integral part of this survey. The effective management and use of census data has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the plug-in technology, the geographic information system of heating pipeline with B / S and C / S mixed mode was designed, which realized the functions of browsing, searching, statistics, analyzing, editing and updating the pipeline data in the database.
