管理者的工作性质与特点决定了除专业技能之外,其某些先天禀赋的能力,是帮助其有效承担管理职能的重要因素,并且这种能力是很难培养的。这种优秀的个性特质即我们常说的素质,主要包括动机、特质、自我概念、价值观、社会角色等方面。企业中绩效突出的人所共同具备的一系列素质的综合即为素质模型。因此,选拔、评价和培养集团公司总部和子公司的管理者的首要工作是建立素质模型。
The nature and characteristics of the manager’s work determine the ability of some of its innate endowments, in addition to professional skills, to be an important factor in helping them to effectively assume management functions, and this ability is difficult to develop. This excellent personality traits that we often say quality, including motivation, traits, self-concept, values, social roles and so on. Outstanding performance in business people have a common combination of quality is the quality model. Therefore, the primary task of selecting, evaluating, and developing managers of group company headquarters and affiliates is to build a quality model.
