为了快速、简便地检测食源性沙门氏菌,试验采用制备纳米金比色传感器的方法,设计沙门氏菌的特异性引物,并对沙门氏菌进行不对称扩增,得到的ss DNA可以保护纳米金,从而使得纳米金的耐盐性增强;根据纳米金耐盐程度的不同,使得纳米金呈现不同的颜色,由单分散到聚集依次呈现为红色→紫色→蓝色,通过肉眼观察或者分光光度计来识别食品中是否含有沙门氏菌。结果表明:沙门氏菌的检出限为5 ng/μL;利用传感的方法检测沙门氏菌,具有快速、灵敏、费用低等优点;并且可以应用于临床样品的检测。
