工业建筑体现了一个时代的建筑文化现象,工业建筑改造亦是近代建筑发展的一个热潮。在现有背景下研究青岛的工业建筑改造及利用,其建筑表皮更新与再生成为其重要环节之一。通过对青岛部分工业建筑表皮更新及再生的实践案例研究,总结出实施性改造和更新的特点与方法,以期为旧工业建筑再利用改造提供一定借鉴。 Industrial building embodies the architectural culture phenomenon of an era. Industrial building renovation is also a craze for the development of modern architecture. In the existing context of Qingdao industrial building renovation and utilization, the construction of the epidermis renewal and regeneration as one of the important aspects. Through the case study of the renewal and regeneration of some industrial buildings in Qingdao, the characteristics and methods of implementing renovation and renewal are summarized in order to provide some reference for the re-use and rebuilding of old industrial buildings.
