在量化管理中,同样的行为会因量化尺度的不同而予以不同的量化记载,因此不同部门的职工业绩数据一般不具备可比性。当上级机关需要集合下属各部门的数据操作某项事务时,如果以各部门记载的数据作相互比较或整体排序,必然有失公平且结论失真,所以有必要本着公平公正的原则,对各部门提供的原始数据作出统一标准的技术处理。
In quantitative management, the same behavior can be quantified differently depending on the measurement scale. Therefore, employee performance data in different departments generally do not have comparability. When the higher authorities need to gather data from subordinate departments to operate a business, if the data recorded by various departments are compared with each other or the overall ranking is bound to be unfair and the conclusions are distorted, it is necessary to conduct a fair and equitable evaluation of each Department of raw data provided by the standard uniform technical processing.
