运用面板数据计量模型实证分析了我国装备制造业技术创新路径的绩效演进。结果表明,从1996~2002年第一阶段到2003~2009年第二阶段,我国装备制造业自主技术创新能力及绩效显著提升,然而,基于国外技术的消化吸收虽然促进了产品创新却没有带来全要素生产率的提升,基于国内购买技术进行研发和基于国外引进技术消化吸收再创新均没有产生显著的专利创新绩效形成自主知识产权,我国装备制造业有效利用外部技术进行消化吸收再创新和集成创新的能力尚需加强。
The empirical analysis of the performance evolution of China’s equipment manufacturing technology innovation path was conducted using a panel data measurement model. The results show that from the first stage of 1996-2002 to the second stage of 2003-2009, the capability and performance of independent technological innovation in China’s equipment manufacturing industry have been significantly improved. However, the digestion and absorption based on foreign technology has not brought about product innovation but has brought The improvement of total factor productivity, R&D based on domestic purchase of technology, and digestion and absorption based on foreign technology introduction have not produced significant patent innovation performance to form independent intellectual property rights. China’s equipment manufacturing industry has effectively utilized external technologies to digest, absorb, re-innovate and integrate innovations. The ability needs to be strengthened.
