“十一五”期间我国肉类工业的发展取得了很多的成就。1.肉类总产量增长,肉制品比重有所提高。2010年,我国肉类总产量达到7925.8万吨,肉制品总产量达到1200万吨,与2005年相比,分别增长了14.2%和34.8%。2.产吕销售保持增长,企业效益提高。2010年我国肉类商品市场交易总额为11489.3亿元,比2005年增长158%。3.产业集中度提高(规模以上企业占全国交易总额58.9%),区域布局渐趋合理。2010年,规模以上肉类工业企业总数达到4054家,比2005年增长64.3%。肉类产业进一步向畜禽主产区、西部地区和少数民族地区集中。4.企业技术进步加快,质量安全管理加强。在屠宰加工技术与装备、肉制品加工技术与装备、肉品质量安全控制与溯源技术、副产物综合利用与清洁生产技术等方面实现了重大突破,推动了整个行业的科技进步。
“Eleventh Five-Year ” during the development of China’s meat industry has made many achievements. 1. Meat production increased, the proportion of meat products increased. In 2010, China’s total output of meat reached 79.258 million tons and the total output of meat products reached 12 million tons, up by 14.2% and 34.8% respectively over 2005. 2. Production of Lu sales to maintain growth, improve corporate efficiency. In 2010, the total amount of transactions in China’s meat commodity market was 1,148.93 billion yuan, an increase of 158% over 2005. 3. Industrial concentration increased (enterprises above designated size accounted for 58.9% of total national transactions), the regional distribution is becoming more reasonable. In 2010, the number of meat industry enterprises above designated size reached 4054, an increase of 64.3% over 2005. The meat industry is further concentrated in the main producing areas for livestock and poultry, in the western regions and ethnic minority areas. 4. Enterprise technical progress accelerated, quality and safety management strengthened. In the slaughtering and processing technology and equipment, meat processing technology and equipment, meat quality and safety control and traceability technology, comprehensive utilization of by-products and cleaner production technology and achieved a major breakthrough in promoting the scientific and technological progress throughout the industry.
