For depression, many of us know that it has a lot to do with people’s personality and the environment. Epidemiological surveys have shown that people with high work stress, intense work, and heavy workload, poor interpersonal relationships, and changes in their living environment, and menopausal women have just experienced negative events (the recent death of a spouse and loved one, divorce, unhappy marriage, and illness). People who have suffered failures in their careers and lives, and who have not been promptly eliminated. People who work indoors all year round, mental health workers who are physically weak or rarely participate in physical exercise, especially those who are usually sensitive to cold, mechanical operating time People who are too long are more likely to suffer from depression than the average person.
