在海阳60多万农民的心中,现年48岁的市农技站长、农技推广研究员于国进是他们真正的“财神”。 农家出生的于国进打小就萌生出用科技改变农民生产、生活方式的志向。为此,1978年他走进了山东农学院的大门,开始了他与农民、农技、黄土地打交道的生涯。20多年来,在于国进从乡镇农技推广员到海阳市农业科技推广站站长的人生历程中,为海阳的农业发展和农民富裕,创造出累累硕果,被评为烟台市学科(技术)带头人、海阳市专业技术拔尖人才、海阳市劳动模范,连续7年9次受到山东省农业厅、烟台市农业局和海阳市委、市政府记三等功奖励,荣获了海阳市科技能手、海阳市“三下乡”先进工作者等30多项殊荣,光荣地出席了中
