二、治疗方面:(一)治疗男性促性腺激素低下性性功能减退症:这是一组由下丘脑或垂体功能障碍所致的男性性功能障碍病,既往无特效疗法,近年来使用 LRH 治疗本病,已有很多成功的报道,其中尤以下丘脑损害所致的特发性促性腺激素低下性性功能减退症(IHH)疗效为佳。Hoffmann 等(1982)报道6例,经 LRH 治疗后垂体促性腺激素(GTH)明显增加,4例睾丸明显增大,治疗43周后,3例生精。Skarin 等(1982)给1例继发性 GTH低下性性功能减退症患者用 LRH 治疗181天后,恢复了生育力,并使其配偶妊娠。有人报告18例经3～6个月治疗后,睾丸增
