睡眠瘫痪见于20~30%的发作性睡病病例,而单纯以睡眠瘫痪出现者在5%以下,因此容易发生误诊。现将所遇1例睡眠瘫痪长期误诊为局期性麻痹者,报告如下。病例摘要;男患,32岁,自10年前每于入睡后醒来时,全身不能动,不能讲话,但意识清楚。当别人触及身体时即刻恢复正常。夜间及白天睡眠醒后都发生,每周发作1~2次。发作与饮食及进食糖量无关。曾在基层医院诊为周期性麻痹,间断用氯化钾治疗
