学前教育是素质教育的基础,也是社会教育发展规划中的重要组成。随着教育改革不断深入,学前教育在现代社会教育结构中的地位不断攀升,由此对学前教育人才的培养,学前教育专业人才的职业技能、业务水平和专业素养等也有了更多、更全面的要求。基于这一发展形势,重视和加强学前教育专业应用型人才的培养,成为当前教育发展改革工作的首要工作。对此,本文以素质教育改革背景为支撑,围绕如何培养学前教育应用型人才展开探讨,以期探索提升学前教育专业学生综合能力的有效方法,为该专业学生就业提供理论参考。

With the continuous deepening of education reform, the pre-school education in the modern social education structure continues to rise in status, thus pre-school education personnel training, pre-professional education professionals occupational skills, professional standards and professionalism also have more and more comprehensive Request. Based on this development situation, attaching importance to and strengthening the training of applied talents in pre-school education has become the primary task of the current education reform and development.
