一、引言 液化石油气(以下简称液化气)管道水力计算,一般按比压降进行。这种计算方法没有考虑经济因素,其基建投资往往是不经济的。 由管径不同、长度不等的若干段管道组成的液化气管线(或管网),按管线布置的形状,可分为无分支管线(主干线)、单节点多分支管线、多节点多分支管线三种。无论哪种形状,在满足起点与终点压力要求的前提下,均存在经济管径,使得全部管线工程投资最低。本文提出了经济管径的计算方法。
I. INTRODUCTION The hydraulic calculation of liquefied petroleum gas (hereinafter referred to as liquefied petroleum gas) pipelines is generally conducted in terms of specific pressure drop. This calculation method does not consider economic factors, and its infrastructure investment is often uneconomical. The liquefied gas pipelines (or pipe networks) composed of several sections of pipelines with different diameters and different lengths can be classified into non-branching pipelines (main lines), single-node multi-branch pipelines, multi-node and multi-branch, according to the shape of the pipeline layout. Three kinds of pipelines. No matter what kind of shape, under the premise of meeting the pressure requirements of the starting point and the end point, there are economic diameters, making the investment of all pipeline projects the lowest. This paper proposes a calculation method for the economic diameter.
