患者,男,43岁,因畏寒、发热7天于1999年12月1日入院。入院前7天,患者无明显诱因出现畏寒、发热伴轻咳、腹泻数次,在外院诊断为“上呼吸道感染”,予“先锋Ⅴ”等静脉滴注治疗发热无缓解且持续高热,体温稽留于39～40.5℃而收入我院。该患者为成都地区某工厂业务员,5年前在广州工作,近5年一直在成都地区,未曾到过国外。有近5年性乱史,有反复发作的生殖器疱疹史,无吸毒史。 入院时查体:T39℃,P108次/分,R22次/分,
