学生的性别、发育、运动能力等决定身体素质千差万别,而学生的态度、情绪、心理、主观能动性的调动又是学生能否积极锻炼的内因,在其他条件都具备的前提条件下如何使学生全身心投入到体育活动中去,得到充分锻炼,提高课堂效率,有所收获,了解自己的能力与水平,明确差距,正确的认识自我,建立自信心是困扰一线教师的问题;教学中任课教师因地制宜,合理、科学的调动一切可利用的手段、方法、形式,并且适时的运用就显得尤为重要,让距离练习在田径教学中不失为一种好的策略。
