本文论述了在铜带可逆冷轧机上应用微型计算机实现开卷机、卷取机张力控制的原理、卷径计算原理,该系统硬件配置及系统软件特点。 1.系统控制原理 本系统功能为开卷机、卷取机卷径计算;开卷机、卷取机电枢电流计算;断带保护;卷径模拟;轧制过程参数的显示、打印;轧制过程动态曲线的显示。 (1)卷取机张力控制原理 对于卷取机张力控制,本系统采用间接张力控制的方法,即通过微机计算卷取机电流调节器的给定值,以实现张力控制。 张力电流计算 卷取张力 T=2C_miηφI_a/D (1) 张力电流 I_t=TD/2C_mφiη (2)其中,T为给定张力,D为卷径,η为电动机效率,i为电动机
