Ferritin, as a tumor marker, has been widely used in the diagnosis of various malignancies. In order to understand the changes of ferritin in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with brain tumor, 69 cases of brain tumor (including 32 cases of malignant brain tumor and 37 cases of benign brain tumor) were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA).
