“因材施教”被先人们作为教育理想倍加推崇,但如果作为一个指引教育系统建设和实施教育实践的概念和准则,则过于简单、笼统和缺乏操作性。当前提倡的学生个性教育实质上是一种教育理念的回归,是素质教育的核心内容和基本宗旨。中学阶段是学生个性养成的重要阶段,对于本阶段如何在历史教育上开展个性教育,本文做了一些探讨,在阐述个性教育的内涵和价值的基础上,结合个人教学实践,研究了如何在中学历史教学中建立个性教育的教学系统,以及在中学历史教学中开展个性教育的优势与特色等。
“Teaching students according to their aptitudes” is highly praised by their ancestors as an ideal of education. However, if they are used as concepts and norms guiding educational system construction and implementation of educational practices, they are too simple, general and lacking in operability. The current advocated student personality education is essentially a return to education philosophy is the core content of quality education and basic purposes. The middle school stage is an important stage of individuality development of students. This article does some research on how to carry out individuality education on history education. Based on the connotation and value of individuality education and individual teaching practice, The teaching system of individuality education in the history teaching of middle school and the advantages and characteristics of individuality education in the history teaching of middle school.
