柴油机在世界范围内已占有极其重要的地位,满足环境保护要求的燃烧系统的研讨和开发正在加强。波许公司及时认识到发动机制造厂对喷射系统提出的要求——在保持柴油机经济性和可靠性方面的传统优点的同时,降低排放和燃烧噪声,并已率先作了发展。 通过各种发展计划,直列式喷油泵喷射压力范围已得到扩充;带有集成定时控制的直列式喷油泵及泵喷嘴目前正在开发之中。 发展新产品的两项重要目标是进一步改进喷油率和预喷射特性的控制。纵观现时使用的重型卡车表明,需要在诸如如何实现起动油量能根据气温来控制等许多方面作改进。除机械喷射系统外,电控喷射系统具有能对发动机更多参数进行控制的能力。
Diesel engines occupy a very important place in the world and the research and development of combustion systems that meet the requirements of environmental protection are being strengthened. Recognizing the engine manufacturer’s demand for injection systems in a timely manner, Percult has taken the lead in reducing emission and combustion noise while maintaining the traditional merits of diesel economy and reliability. Through various development programs, the injection pressure range of inline injection pumps has been expanded; inline injection pumps and pump nozzles with integrated timing control are currently under development. Two important goals for developing new products are to further improve control of fuel injection rates and pre-injection characteristics. A review of the heavy-duty trucks currently in use shows that there is a need to improve in many ways, such as how to achieve a start-up volume which can be controlled on the basis of air temperature. In addition to the mechanical injection system, the electronically controlled injection system has the ability to control more of the engine’s parameters.
