运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法,根据心理学、社会学、训练学对逐渐渗透到训练中的“以赛带练”思想进行论证。依据“训练”和“比赛”的概念和目的得知,“练”是一种训练过程;而“赛”是一种目的性过程。竞技运动员多少年如一日,不断拼搏,是与其持续实践又不断提高的成就动机的推动分不开的。因而对“以赛带练”这种提法是不完全符合逻辑理论根据的。 By using the methods of literature and data analysis and logical reasoning, this article argues that the idea of ​​“competition with practice” gradually permeated into training according to psychology, sociology and training. According to the concept and purpose of “training” and “competition”, “practice” is a kind of training process; “race” is a process of purpose. The number of competitive athletes who struggle day after day is inseparable from the promotion of their continuous and continuous improvement of their motivation for achievement. Therefore, the “match with practice” this formulation is not entirely consistent with the logical basis of the theory.
