中国加入WTO已成定局,从而使中国真正参与经济全球化的竞争。因此,中国的管理体制、企业以及相应的环境都必须与国际惯例接轨。有专家指出,如果我们不能有效地利用加入WTO的5年“缓冲期”,进行充分的准备,那么5年之后,外国公司大量涌来,中国定会面临空前巨大的冲击。随着我国加入WTO的步伐加快,作为行业价格工作如何应对入世的到来,合理促进资本、人力资源、生产资料等要素在市场中流动,优化电力产品资源配置是十分必要和迫切的。笔者认为,应在全面、深入研究WTO的相关规则的基础上,研究当前行业产品的价格政策与工作思路,引导行业企业开拓产品市场。
China’s accession to the WTO is a foregone conclusion, so that China will truly participate in the economic globalization. Therefore, China’s management system, enterprises and the corresponding environment must be in line with international practice. Some experts pointed out that if we can not make effective use of the “buffer period” of 5 years of WTO accession and make adequate preparations, then after 5 years, a large number of foreign companies will come in and China will surely face an unprecedented huge impact. With the acceleration of China’s accession to the WTO, how to deal with the accession to the WTO as a price-fixing industry, and reasonably promote the flow of capital, human resources, means of production and other elements in the market and optimize the allocation of resources for power products is very necessary and urgent. The author believes that on the basis of a comprehensive and in-depth study of WTO rules, we should study price policies and working ideas of current industry products and guide industry enterprises to explore product markets.
