人才资源是企业的第一资源。在当前经济形势下,企业综合实力的竞争归根结底就是人力资源的竞争,市场经济就是知识型、高技能人才的竞争。如何加强高技能人才培养,快速提升高技能人才队伍整体素质,必须探索建立一套行之有效的高技能人才培养模式。河口采油厂五矿在高技能人才培养模式上,近几年来进行了大胆探索,形成了一套培训培养模式,为人才发展积极创造条件,为职工成才提供强有力的物质保障。在日常生产中,检验培养效果,同时为技能人才的个人发展提供舞台,通过深化改革,创新机制,调整政策,加大力度,来建设一支素质优良、结构合理可持续发展的人才队伍。
