采用化学沉淀法制备了纳米级 3Y TZP粉体 ,制得了粒径尺寸为 8~ 16nm ,少团聚的粉体。热压烧结得到相对密度为 97% ,晶粒尺寸为 10 0nm~ 2 5 0nm的 3Y TZP陶瓷片。通过研究成形温度对成形性能的影响 ,最终采用超塑成形工艺制出了半球形陶瓷零件
The nano-sized 3Y TZP powder was prepared by chemical precipitation method, and the powder with particle size of 8-16 nm was obtained with less agglomeration. Hot-pressed to obtain a relative density of 97%, the grain size of 10 0nm ~ 250nm 3Y TZP ceramic pieces. By studying the effect of forming temperature on the formability, a semispherical ceramic part was finally fabricated by superplastic forming
