义乌之心城市生活广场是一座超长商业建筑,大量采用大跨度结构和大悬挑结构以营造无柱开阔的建筑空间。因建筑净高要求,需在超30m大跨预应力混凝土梁上开大洞穿越设备管线。采用MIDAS/Gen软件分析了温差效应对结构的影响和大跨度室内天桥的人行振动舒适度,并采用ABAQUS软件分析了大梁开大洞后的应力状态。结果表明,温差效应对1层端部竖向构件和2层端部楼面梁影响最大,计算时应考虑温度作用参与荷载组合,适当加大板厚可使大跨度室内天桥的人行振动舒适度满足规范要求;洞口预埋钢套管可显著改善应力集中。
