本研究目的在于了解档案馆主要使用对象的历史学者,使用与引用档案数据的情形。研究方法采引用文献分析与深度访谈调查,经汇整四份历史核心期刊,总计在256篇历史论著,17332篇引用文献中,分析被引用的1461篇档案参考文献,了解被引用之档案类型、年代、档案全宗与档案馆藏来源,以了解历史学者实际应用的档案数据特性。进而采用深度访谈方式,了解历史学者使用档案馆藏的行为、引用档案文献的动机与引用档案的问题,以探究历史学者引用档案的考虑与馆藏使用意见,研究结果提出档案馆藏发展与档案馆读者服务相关建议。
The purpose of this study is to understand the history of the main object of use by archivists, the use and reference of archival data. The research method is based on literature analysis and in-depth interviews. After collecting a total of four core historical journals, a total of 1632 historical works and 17332 references, the cited 1461 references are analyzed to find out the types of the cited documents, Chronology, Fonds and sources of archives to understand the characteristics of archival data that historians actually use. Then we use deep interview to understand the behavior of historians using archives collection, the motivation of quoting archives and the problem of quoting archives, so as to explore the consideration of archival reference by historians and the opinions on the use of collections. The results suggest that archives collection development and archives readers service Related suggestions.
