上海市目前使用的新编教材,以“结构-功能”为主,突出了听和说的训练,将培养学生的交际能力摆在了首位。然而教学中也出现这样的误区:认为培养交际能力就不必重视语法教学,有的甚至反对语法教学。其结果导致了中学生的语法水平下降,严重影响了语言运用能力的发展,不能完全达到培养学生的交际能力的目的。我们知道,交际能力是指运用语言进行交际的能力。交际能力包括语言使用的准确性,即语法性,还包括语言使用的恰当性,以及现实性。因此,要培养学生的交际能力,首先要重视培养学生的语法能力。
The newly-edited textbooks currently used in Shanghai are dominated by “structure-function”, highlighting the training of listening and speaking, and bringing up students’ communication skills in the first place. However, there are also such misunderstandings in the teaching that students do not need to pay attention to grammar teaching to develop communicative competence, and some even oppose grammar teaching. As a result, the level of grammar of the middle school students has declined, which has seriously affected the development of the ability to use the language and has not fully achieved the goal of cultivating students’ communicative competence. We know that communicative competence refers to the ability to use language to communicate. Communicative competence includes the accuracy of language use, ie grammaticality, as well as the appropriateness and practicality of language use. Therefore, to cultivate students’ communicative competence, we must first attach importance to cultivating students’ grammatical competence.
