针对一种基片式光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)温度传感器,从理论和实验证明胶(ND353)粘贴的效果是影响其性能的主要因素。25~90℃的水温实验结果表明,在基片上的FBG用胶粘贴的效果越好,则传感器的性能越好,而且重复性也较好,灵敏度达到36.6pm/℃以上,直线度达到0.997以上;然而对于用胶粘贴效果较差的传感器,其灵敏度降低到12.7pm/℃以下,几乎没有起到增敏效果。本文研究结果可为FBG温度传感器的封装工艺提供参考。
For a kind of FBG temperature sensor, the effect of adhesive bonding of ND353 is theoretically and experimentally proved to be the main factor affecting its performance. 25 ~ 90 ℃ water temperature experimental results show that the FBG adhesive tape on the substrate the better, the better the performance of the sensor, and repeatability is also better, the sensitivity of 36.6pm / ℃ above, the linearity of 0.997 However, for sensors with poor adhesive effect, the sensitivity is reduced to below 12.7pm / ° C, with little effect on sensitization. The results of this paper can provide reference for the packaging technology of FBG temperature sensor.
