目的:研究扼颈窒息死亡的血液生化学变化,探讨血气分析和K+,Cl-的检验对鉴定扼死的法医学意义.方法:将家兔用扼颈的方法处死,进行血气分析和K+,Cl-的测定.结果:扼死家兔血中pH值下降(P<0.005),PCO2增高(P<0.01),PO2降低(P<0.05),O2SAT下降(P<0.01),HCO3-增加(P<0.005),TCO2增加(P<0.05),BE变化不明显.静脉血中K+浓度明显增高(P<0.01),Cl-浓度变化不明显.结论:扼死家兔血气分析和K+浓度发生明显变化,检验血气分析和K+,Cl-浓度对鉴定扼死具有法医学意义.
OBJECTIVE: To study the blood biochemical changes of cholangiocarcinoma death, and to explore the forensic significance of blood gas analysis and K +, Cl- test in the identification of strangulation.Methods: The rabbits were sacrificed by strangulation, blood gas analysis and K +, Cl- (P <0.01), PO2 decreased (P <0.05), O2SAT decreased (P <0.01), HCO3-increased (P <0.005) ), TCO2 increased (P <0.05), BE did not change obviously.The concentration of K + in venous blood was significantly increased (P <0.01), Cl- concentration was not changed.Conclusion: Blood gas analysis and K + concentration in strangulated rabbits changed significantly, Blood gas analysis and K +, Cl- concentration on the identification of strangulation with forensic significance.
