中国营养学会在制定中国居民膳食指南中指出,每天食用水果200~300克,对身体有利。时下流传水果减肥,是因为大多数人认为水果产生热量少,对身体健康有好多益处,如预防癌症,保护心血管,抗衰老,增加免疫力等,认为只食水果不仅可以减肥还可以保证营养。其实,水果减肥也要讲科学。
Chinese Nutrition Society in the development of dietary guidelines for Chinese residents pointed out that daily consumption of 200 to 300 grams of fruit, good for the body. Nowadays, the fruit loss is due to the fact that most people think that the fruits produce less calories and have many benefits to their health, such as cancer prevention, cardiovascular protection, anti-aging and immunity enhancement. They think that eating only fruit can not only reduce weight but also ensure nutrition . In fact, fruit should also talk about science to lose weight.
