本文从烧结料层的热平衡分析入手，确定了降低烧结过程中固体燃料消耗的途径；并列举了降低固体燃料消耗的一些工艺技术及真理论依据和节能指标。
In this paper, we start with the analysis of thermal balance of sinter bed, and determine the way to reduce the solid fuel consumption during sinter. We also enumerate some of the techniques to reduce the solid fuel consumption and the theory of truth and energy-saving index.
