我公司在做3 000m~3内浮顶油罐充水试验时,发现油罐基础不均匀下沉。当充水高度达到油罐的1/3时,下沉量达35mm;达到2/3时,下沉量达80mm。此时已远远超过技术规范中规定的40mm。为了取得极限数据,我们改用量油导向管继续进水,当充水达到液面报警高度时,基础不均匀下沉量达103mm,两天后达到108mm。继续观察三天,仍为108mm,为技术规范规定的2.5倍。为了纠正油罐超标的倾斜度,我们选用了基础抽砂处理法。其具体作法是准备好抽砂用钢管,挖开基础较高一方的
